Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
  2. For the granola, mix the sunflower seeds with the nuts, oatmeal, coconut, cinnamon and honey. Spread this mixture in a layer over the baking sheet and bake for about 10 minutes in the middle of the oven.
  3. Add the toast and rack for another 5 minutes. Allow to cool and scoop the granola from the baking paper.
  4. Put a layer of strawberries in the glasses with a layer of cottage cheese and some granola. Repeat this and decorate the cut with a halved strawberry.
