Eight floors of salad
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, potatoes (a 450 g), ready-to-cook broccoli (300 g), smoked salmon, yofresh (a 650 ml jar), vinegar, dill (frozen, a 50 g sprinkler), carrot julienne (carrot strips) and 150 g).

Cook the potatoes in little water for about 6 minutes. Drain them in a colander.

Cut the broccoli florets in half. Boil them in almost 3 minutes almost done. Put them in a colander and keep them under the cold tap to cool. Let the florets drain. Cut the salmon into strips.

Make a sauce of yofresh, vinegar, dill, salt and pepper. Mix the potatoes through the sauce.

Place half of the broccoli florets on the bottom in a glass dish. Put half of the salmon strips on it. Spoon half of the potatoes. Divide half of the carrot strips over it. Repeat each layer one more time. Put the dish in the fridge for another half an hour, then the salad will be even better. Eat baguette.
