Endive Dish
A tasty Dutch recipe. The side dish contains the following ingredients: meat, butter, rusk, endive, salt and pepper, nutmeg, young cheese (piece) and ham (meat products).

Preheat the oven to 200 ºC.

Grease the baking dish.

Cut the rest of butter into lumps.

Crumble very finely.

Clean endive, cut into wide strips and wash.

In pan endive with lagging water, reduce to about 5 minutes on medium heat.

Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.

Sift cheese into slices.

Put half of endive with some cooking liquid in a baking dish.

Cook endive with half of ham and then lay half of the cheese.

To make another layer of endive, ham and cheese.

Spread the butter and lumps of butter over the oven dish.

Place the dish in the middle of the oven for about 15 minutes, until the cheese has melted and the top turns nicely brown..
