Endive paste with vegetarian sausage
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: penne rigate (pasta, bag 500 g), onion (chopped), vegetarian sausages ((a 175 g, vega), sliced), endive (in bars), tomatoes (in blocks), crème fraîche (200 ml), curry powder and dried basil.

Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package. Add the onion and sausage for the last 2-3 minutes.

Drain and collect the cooking liquid. Pour 150 ml of cooking liquid back into the pan with the pasta.

Put the pan on low heat. Spoon the endive, tomato, crème fraiche and the curry powder with the pasta. Let the endive begin to shrink. Add some cooking liquid if necessary.

Season with the basil and pepper and salt and spread over 4 deep plates.
