Cut the chorizo into slices and fry them crispy in a wok. In the meantime cut the peppers widthwise into strips. Spoon the chorizo slices on a plate and stir-fry the pepper strips in the shortening.

Spoon the mashed potatoes spoon-to-spoon through the pepper strips and heat the mash on a low heat. Add the endive hand by hand and let the endive shrink gradually. Warm the stew as well. Serve the stew with the chorizo on it.
