Directions

  1. Peel the potatoes, cut them into pieces and boil them in water with salt in 20 minutes until tender.
  2. In the meantime, prepare the smoked sausage according to the instructions on the packaging.
  3. Heat a frying pan without oil or butter and toast the pine nuts in 3 min. Golden brown.
  4. Heat the milk in a saucepan.
  5. Drain the potatoes and crush them or put them in the puree cutter.
  6. Add the milk and stew mix. Heat for 2 minutes while stirring on high heat.
  7. Stir in the pesto. Sprinkle the stew with the pine nuts and serve with the sausage.
