Peel the mangoes and cut into cubes. Squeeze the lime. Cover half of the cubes with lime juice and thick juice.

Mix the other half of the mango cubes with hand blender or food processor. Dilute with lime juice and thick juice to taste.

Scoop the curd lightly through the mango cubes. Divide the mixture over dessert dishes and pour the mango sauce on it.

Put the basil leaves together and roll into a cigar. Cut thin strips of paper with a smooth knife. Sprinkle over the fruit quark.
