Chop the onion. Boil 500 ml of water. Sprinkle the couscous into a bowl and pour the water on it. Let it work for 5 minutes. Stir the grains with a fork.

Heat oil in a frying pan and fry the falafel 3-4 min.

Heat the rest of the oil in a frying pan and fry the onions for 1 min. Add the frozen broad beans and cook in 4-5 min. Warm and al dente.

Spoon the couscous and heat for another 1 minute. Season with the mint, pepper and salt.

Spoon the couscous into deep plates and add the falafel.
