Farmer's bouncer
A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, butter, raw farm ham (meat products), eggs, mature farm cheese (service department), peasant tiger bread (optionally white or brown), tomato (in slices), freshly ground black pepper and parsley (finely chopped).

Heat half of butter in frying pan with non-stick coating.

Ham in a crunchy oven for 1-2 minutes.

Bring eggs over pan and let them slide into shortening.

Rotate the pan a bit so that the protein flows out, with a pinch of egg yolks.

Eggs 3-4 min.

Until the egg white is almost solidified and the underside of egg turns light brown.

Turning the fire low.

Spread cheese slices over egg and melt cheese with lid on pan.

Meanwhile, roast slices of bread in toaster until lightly browned.

Let the bread cool and spread with the rest of butter.

Place the slices side by side on the plate and divide the tomato.

Place the bouncer on tomato and sprinkle with pepper and parsley..
