Fast coq au vin blanc
Stew with chicken and vegetables in white wine sauce.

Cut the celery into bows. Cut the winter carrot into thin slices and chop the onion. Ris the leaves of the sprigs of thyme and store for garnish.

Heat a large pan with a thick bottom and fry the bacon for 1 min on medium heat. Add the chicken and bake in brown on a high heat for 2 minutes. Take the chicken out of the pan.

Add the vegetables and sprigs of thyme to the bacon and cook for 3 minutes on medium heat. Change regularly.

Pour the wine with the vegetables and add the whipped cream and chicken after 1 min.

Cook the chicken-vegetable mixture with the lid on the pan for 15 minutes on low heat. Change regularly.

In the meantime, prepare the puree in the microwave according to the instructions on the packaging.

Garnish the coq au vin with the thyme and serve.
