Fast pangranola
You can make this granola with oatmeal, hazelnut, gingerbread spices, honey, superfruit and seeds without using the oven.

Put the oatmeal flakes and the water in a frying pan with non-stick coating and grill on low heat 8 min. Stir frequently.

Meanwhile, grind the hazelnuts roughly and add to the flakes with the fowl spices. Roast for 5 minutes.

Add the honey and cook while stirring until the whole starts to caramelize.

Allow the granola to cool to room temperature in 30 minutes. Mix the super fruit and seeds through it.
