Vegetable couscous with smoked chicken and white cheese

Put the couscous in a bowl and pour the hot water on it. Do the couscous for 5 minutes and cover the dish with cling film.

In a sieve, rinse the garden peas under warm running water until they have just thawed. Stir the couscous with a fork.

Halve the lemon. Add the oil with the juice of 1/2 lemon.

Chop the onion. Season the garden peas with the onion, the chicken strips, the cheese cubes and salt and pepper to taste.

Cut the remaining 1/2 lemon into pieces. Serve the couscous hot or at room temperature, with the lemon wedges.
