Fast salmon mousse
A tasty recipe. The starter contains the following ingredients: fish, smoked salmon (à 100 g), fresh chives (25 g), MonChou soft and airy (à 200 g), (freshly ground) pepper and farmer seared sesame bread.

Cut half of the salmon into small pieces.

Cut chives finely, keep 8 sprigs separate for garnishing.

mix fresh cream cheese, salmon and chives.

Season with salt and freshly ground pepper.

Mousse over the rest of slices of salmon and roll up.

Divide rolls of salmon over four plates.

To toast bread and cut it diagonally.
