Appetizer of 3 different types of carpaccio: black angus, tuna and salmon. Served with cheese, soya beans, sesame seeds and lettuce.

Directions

  1. Cut the onion into rings as thin as possible. Put in a bowl, pour boiling water over and drain. Cut the radish into slices.
  2. Scoop the onion, radish, caper's knife and 2 tbsp of water from the jar (per 8 persons) of the caper's knife.
  3. Scrape the Parmesan into flinters. Mix together the soybeans and sesame seeds. Season with pepper and salt.
  4. Spoon the radish salad, Parmesan cheese, soybeans, misticanza lettuce and sprouts in separate bowls or bowls. Cut the baguette into thin slices.
  5. Divide the different types of carpaccio over 1 large dish or the plates. Let everyone put together their own appetizer.
