Mussels with cheese sauce


A tasty Dutch recipe. The starter contains the following ingredients: fish, carrots, spring onions, butter or margarine, cooked mussels, Maaslander success sauce (125 g), chives and baguette.

Directions

  1. Carrot cleaning, washing and cutting into small blocks.
  2. Clean the forest onions and cut into rings.
  3. Heat in butter.
  4. Roast the carrots for about 2 minutes.
  5. Add spring onions and mussels and co-heat for approx.
  6. 2 minutes.
  7. Meanwhile, make sauce according to instructions with 125 ml of water.
  8. Mash the mixture in four deep plates.
  9. Distribute sauce and garnish with chives.
  10. Supply the loaf with slices..
