A tasty Italian recipe. The starter contains the following ingredients: meat, pipe rigate (pasta, bag 500 g), olive oil, garlic (finely chopped), pancetta (piacentina (Italian bacon, 90 g)), peeled tomatoes (400 g) and Pecorino Romano (cheese) (grated).

Directions

  1. Cook the pasta al dente according to the instructions on the package. In the meantime, heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the garlic for 3 minutes. Cut the pancetta into pieces, add and bake for 2 minutes. Add the juice from the tin tomatoes and let it simmer for 5 minutes.
  2. Add the tomatoes. Mix the sauce with the pasta. Season with salt and pepper. Serve with the cheese.
