Fast stir fry with minced meat, vegetables and rice
Stir-fry dish with yellow rice, sesame seeds, cauliflower, minced beef and carrot julienne.

Boil the rice according to the instructions on the package.

Heat a frying pan without oil or butter and toast the sesame seed for 4 minutes on medium heat, shoving golden brown.

Remove from the pan and allow to cool on a plate.

Meanwhile cut the cauliflower into small florets. Heat the oil in a wok or frying pan and fry the minced meat over a high heat for 3 minutes.

Add the cauliflower florets and cook for 5 minutes. Add the wok sauce the last minute. Season with pepper.

Spoon the carrot julienne with the vinegar. Divide the rice with the minced beef and carrot julienne over the plates. Sprinkle the carrot with the sesame seeds and serve.
