Fast tortillas with minced meat and taco sauce
A nice mexican recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, onions, garlic, half-to-half mince (about 300 g), stir-fry vegetables Mexican (frozen, 450 g), fajita seasoning mix (40 g), soft tacos (360 g) and taco sauce mild (225 g).

Peel and chop onions and garlic.

Pieces of mincemeat chopped in a dry frying pan.

Add onion and garlic and fry.

Add stir-fry vegetables and stir-fry for 3 minutes.

Add seasoning mix and 100 ml of water and simmer for 3 minutes.

In microwave at full power (700 watts) tortillas 20 sec.

Fill and fold up tortillas at the table with vegetable-minced meat mixture.
