Fastest caesar salad with mussels
A tasty recipe. The starter contains the following ingredients: fish, anchovy fillets (a 46 g), dijon mustard, mayonnaise (half full), little gem (lettuce), cooked mussel meat, croutons (with black pepper and salt), Parmesan cheese (piece) and fresh chives.
Rub the anchovy fillets with a fork in a large, low dish. Beat in the mustard and mayonnaise. Add enough water to create a thick liquid dressing.
Remove the leaves from the heads of lettuce. Spoon them lightly through the dressing with the cooked mussels.
Sprinkle the croutons over the salad. Saute the cheese with a cheese slicer above the salad. Finally cut the chive above the salad into large pieces. Tasty with hot baguette.
