A nice Mediterranean recipe. The vegetarian snack contains the following ingredients: shoarma breads, lime (squeezed), cucumber, romaatjes (small tomatoes) (in small blocks), spring onions ((3 pieces), in rings), fresh coriander ((15 g), chopped) and extra virgin olive oil.

Toast the rolls in the toaster.

Allow the rolls to cool and then cut into cubes.

Scoop the bread with the lime juice and let it stand for a while.

Peel the cucumber, cut it in the length and remove the seeds with a teaspoon.

Then cut the cucumber into cubes (the same size as the tomato cubes).

Spoon the cucumber, tomatoes, spring onions, coriander, bread and oil, season with salt and pepper and, if necessary, extra lime juice.

Serve the salad on four small plates.
