Cut the crusts of the slices of bread. Divide the dairy spread over the slices of bread.

Divide the salmon over the buttered side of half of the slices of bread. Cut the radishes into slices and spread over the salmon.

Put the rest of the rolls on top with the smeared side down.

Cut the sandwiches twice in half so that you (in 4 people) have a total of 8 triangular mini sandwiches.

Take them in a lunchbox, they stay at their best until the drinks.
