Meatballs with brie and walnut
A tasty recipe. The snack contains the following ingredients: meat, rusk (crumbled), egg, thyme, grovemosterd, walnuts (in small pieces), half-to-half minced, brie (in dice), flour and olive oil.

Knead the crumbled biscuit, egg, thyme, mustard, walnut and 1 teaspoon of salt and pepper through the mince.

Roll balls with balls as big as ping pong balls of the minced meat.

Puncture with your fingers a hole where you put a piece of brie.

Fold the mince close again around the filling and carefully roll it into a nice ball.

Spoon the flour on a plate and roll the stuffed balls through it so that they are covered with a layer of flour.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the balls around brown in 15 minutes.

Nice with a big lick of mustard..
