Ribeye in red wine marinade
A tasty american recipe. The snack contains the following ingredients: meat, Zinfandel (American red wine category 8), red wine vinegar, garlic (pressed), fresh oregano (from bag of fresh Italian spice mix a 20 g), oil and ribeye.

Marinade making wine, vinegar, garlic, leaves of oregano and oil. Ribeye marinate at room temperature for at least 1 hour. Reverse meat occasionally.

Take Ribeye out of marinade and dab dry with kitchen paper. Ribeye on barbecue, depending on the desired doneness, in 2-4 min. Per side rosé until roasting.
