Fattouche with crispy bread strips
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian side dish contains the following ingredients: shoarma breads, olive oil, garlic (coarsely cut), cucumber (peeled), Tasty Tom tomatoes (in parts), radish (in parts (bag of 2 bunches)), arugula ((lettuce, 75 g) , coarsely cut), spring onions ((3 pieces), in rings), flat parsley ((a 20 g), finely chopped), mint ((15 g), chopped) and lemon (extruded).

Cut the sandwiches in half lengthwise and then into long, thin strips. Heat 3 tbsp oil and 1 clove of garlic in a frying pan and fry half of the bread over medium heat in 3 min. Around golden brown. Scoop on kitchen paper and sprinkle with salt to taste. Fry the rest of the bread with the other garlic.

Halve the cucumber in the length and remove the seeds with a teaspoon. Cut the cucumber diagonally into thin slices and scoop with the tomato, radish, arugula, spring onion, parsley and mint. Add the rest of the oil. Season with pepper, salt and lemon juice. Serve with the bread rolls and mini kebabs for a complete meal.
