Fennel apple salad
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, eggs, fennel tubers (in thin slices), olive oil, white balsamic vinegar, green apple (eg golden delicious), watercress (a 75 g), dill ((15 g), finely chopped), smoked trout fillet (a 125 g) and baguette.

Boil the eggs hard in 8 minutes. Scare under cold running water, peel them and cut into pieces. Place the fennel in a bowl. Make a dressing of the oil and vinegar, season with salt and pepper and set aside until used.

Remove the apple core with the apple drill and cut thinly in horizontal slices. Mix with the watercress and dill through the fennel. Divide the dressing over and scoop.

Cut the trout into pieces and place on the salad with the egg chips. Serve with the baguette.
