Boil the spaghetti in a pan with plenty of boiling water and salt according to the instructions on the package in approx. 8 min. In a large bowl, mix the yolks with the whipped cream and the cheese. Grind a lot of pepper above it.

Bake the bacon in a dry frying pan with non-stick coating on medium heat until crispy. Drain on kitchen paper. In the meantime, cut the parsley.

Drain the pasta and mix directly through the egg mixture in the bowl. Mix in the parsley and cheese. Spread the pasta over hot plates and put the bacon on it.
