Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Cut the fennel into thin slices, keep the fennel green for garnish.

Fry the fennel in the oil for 7-8 minutes on medium heat. Cook the pasta 1 minute shorter than the instructions on the package.

Mix the fennel with the shell paste, season to taste with salt and (freshly ground) pepper and transfer to the greased oven dish.

Cut the camembert into slices. Cover the dish with the slices of camembert.

Let the oven dish warm up in the middle of the oven in 15 minutes, until the cheese has melted completely and starts to bubble.
