  1. Slice the ginger and press the garlic. Stir in oil, soy sauce, jam, ginger and garlic in a bowl. Brush the pork chops on both sides with the marinade and put them in the bowl. Cover the dish and let the meat marinate in the fridge for at least 1 hour.
  2. Light the barbecue. Grill the pork chops on each side 7-8 min. And brush them 1 to 2 times with the rest of the marinade. Sprinkle the meat with salt and pepper. Delicious with pineapple salsa.
