Fig salad with blue cheese and parma ham
Mix the ingredients for the dressing.
Cut 3 figs into cubes and divide the remaining fig into pieces. Mix the fig cubes with 100 grams of blue cheese, 3/4 of the walnuts and half of the dressing.
Place a piece of cling film on the cooking ring and push it down until a bowl is created. Put 2 slices of ham crosswise and press them onto the foil. Spoon the fig salad in, press well and smooth. Skip the ham over it. Turn the ring and press the cake out. Remove the foil.
Make 4 tarts and put them in the fridge for about 10 minutes.
Divide the lettuce over plates and put the tarts on it.
Garnish with the rest of the walnuts, blue cheese and figs. Drizzle with the rest of the dressing.
