Directions

  1. Halve the sweet peppers and remove the seed lists. Fill the halves with hummus beetroot.
  2. Garnish the stuffed sweet peppers with parsley.
  3. Halve the candy cucumbers and remove the stem starter. Remove the seed lists with a teaspoon.
  4. Spread the cream cheese over the halves and smooth.
  5. Place a slice of chicken fillet on each cucumber half. Garnish with cress.
