Filo pastry packages with white cheese cubes and raspberries
A tasty recipe. The dessert contains the following ingredients: white cheese cubes ((a 200 g), crumbled), Greek extra virgin olive oil, liquid honey, basil ((15 g), leaves finely chopped), filo pastry (frozen), thyme (the leaves fermented), raspberries, balsamic vinegar (ripened on wood), sesame seeds ((100 g) and roasted).

Ingredients
- 1,5 package white cheese cubes (a 200 g), crumbled
- 5 el Greek extra virgin olive oil
- 4 el liquid honey
- Tray basil (15 g), leaves finely chopped
- 8 sheets filo pastry freezer
- 4 twigs thyme the leaves have been rotted
- 125 g raspberries
- 3 tl balsamic vinegar ripened on wood
- 2 el sesame seeds (box 100 g), roasted

Preheat the oven to 200 ºC. Mix the feta, 2 tbsp oil, honey and basil in a bowl. Keep separate. Put 1 sheet of filo pastry in front of you and brush it with some oil. Sprinkle with a few tiger leaves and put a second sheet of dough on it. Cut both sheets widthwise in half so that you have the basis for 2 packages. Repeat this 3 times, so that you have 8 sheets of dough.

Divide the cheese mixture into 8 portions, scoop in the middle of the sheets and gently press down a little with the back of a spoon. Shape rectangles. Fold the long sides of the dough over the filling and put the short sides over it, so that packages are created.

Brush the packets with the rest of the oil and fry on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper in the oven for about 15 minutes until golden brown. Puree the raspberries with the balsamic vinegar using the hand blender.

Serve the packages with the raspberry dressing and sprinkle the roasted sesame seeds over it.
