Filoaded triangles with white cheese
A nice Moroccan recipe. The vegetarian snack contains the following ingredients: garlic, traditional olive oil, frozen filo pastry (pack 10 sheets and thawed).

Preheat the oven to 200 ºC.

Cut the peppers into small cubes. Slice the garlic.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the peppers, garlic and cumin for 10 minutes until done.

Remove the pan from the heat and pour in the white cheese cubes and the lemon juice. Cut the coriander fine shovel through. Season with salt and pepper.

Cut the sheets of filo pastry in length into 3 equal bars and thinly coat the edges with oil.

Spoon 1 tbsp of the cheese mixture on each lower right corner. Fold the strips of dough triangularly into packages.

Place the triangles on a greased baking sheet, brush the tops thinly with oil and sprinkle a little sesame seed over it.

Bake in the oven in 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
