Fish and pesto leek sauce


A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, spaghetti, olive oil, zucchini (in 1 cm cubes), leeks a la creme part cubes (450 g, frozen), cod fillet ((a 750 g, frozen), thawed) and pesto (alla genovese (jar 185 g)).

Directions

  1. Cook the spaghetti al dente according to the instructions on the package.
  2. Meanwhile, heat 2 tbsp oil in a frying pan and fry the zucchini over high heat for 3 min. Turn down the heat, add the frozen leeks and heat 7 min.
  3. Meanwhile divide the cod in 4 portions and pat dry with kitchen paper. Heat the rest of the oil in a frying pan and fry the cod in 5 minutes until done. Turn halfway.
  4. Mix the spaghetti with the pesto and the vegetable sauce and spread over 4 plates. Put a piece of fish on each plate.
