Fish balls (caribbean and antilles)
A tasty recipe. The snack contains the following ingredients: fish, cod fillet, salt, garlic (minced), shallots (chopped), red pepper (without seeds and finely chopped), lime (peel grated (rest is not used)), egg, flour and sunflower oil.

Often these fish balls are made from salted fish, but they are also delicious with fresh fish.

Puree the cod fillet in a food processor with the salt, garlic, shallot, red pepper and grated lime zest.

Mix in egg and flour and mix the mixture with moist hands 12-16 small balls.

Heat the sunflower oil in a frying pan and fry the balls (in portions) around brown in 3-4 minutes.

Let them drain on kitchen paper.

Serve the fish balls with sambal or spicy salsa from a pot..
