Directions

  1. Remove the skin from the mackerel fillet and cut the fish into pieces.
  2. Purée the fish with a hand blender, along with the mayonnaise, horseradish and lemon juice.
  3. Season the cream with pepper. Store in a sealed container until use.
  4. Place the snack cups or round toasts on a bowl and put in the mackerel cream.
  5. Cut the dried tomatoes into strips. Divide the tomato strips over the cream.
