Fish burgers
A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, cod fillet ((frozen), thawed), eggs, winter carrot (grated), old white bread (without crust and crumbled), crisp potatoes (peeled), oil, white cabbage (washed and in strips) and chili sauce.

Puree the pieces of cod fillet in the food processor.

Add 1 egg and the carrot.

Season with salt and pepper.

Beat the other egg in a deep plate.

Form four burgers of the fish mixture with moist hands.

First take the burgers through the beaten egg and then roll them through the bread crumbs.

Press the bread crumble well.

Cut the potatoes into pieces and boil them in a bottom of water with salt with the lid on the pan in 20 minutes.

Heat 3 tablespoons of oil in a frying pan and fry the fish burgers over medium heat in 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown and done.

Heat the rest of the oil in a stirring stir fry the coals in 3-4 minutes until al dente.

Scoop the chilli sauce through the cabbage.

Season with salt.

Serve the fish burgers with the hot coals and the boiled potatoes..
