Fish cakes of crayfish (crawfish cakes)
A tasty american recipe. The starter contains the following ingredients: fish, sandwiches (without crust), crayfish (a 125 g), mayonnaise, egg, Louisiana gold red pepper sauce, cajun spices (jar 90 g), spring onions (in thin rings), parsley ((a 30 g), chopped), sunflower oil and lemon (scrubbed).

Turn the oven on at 180 ºC and place 4 slices of bread on a baking tray. Allow to dry in the oven for about 20 minutes while it is at temperature. Remove from the oven and allow to cool. Crumble the bread and put in a deep plate.

Meanwhile cut the crayfish as finely as possible and put in a bowl. Tear the remaining slices of bread into pieces and add. Mix the mayonnaise, egg, pepper sauce, cajun spices, spring onions and parsley. Divide the mixture into 12 portions and form balls. Press the balls a little flat and get them through the grate.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the fish cakes in brown for 4 minutes. Drain on kitchen paper. Cut the lemon into wedges and serve with the fish cakes.
