Fish chili with kidney beans and chorizo
A nice mexican recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, fresh coriander (15 g), pangasius fillet (about 220 g), chorizo sausage (250 g), corn oil, Italian (wok vegetables (frozen, 750 g)), oven dish (mix for chili (98 g)) and kidney beans (about 400 g).

Cut coriander.

Cut fish into pieces.

Remove Chorizo from plastic and cut into small pieces.

Oil in wok heat and chorizo and fish for 3 min.

Remove from pan.

In hot vegetables 5 minutes stir-fry.

Make chilimix with 250 ml of water.

Stir in the beans with water and chilimix, simmer for 3 minutes.

Stir in the chorizo fish and heat for another 3 minutes.

Half the coriander through it.

Spread fish chili over 4 plates and sprinkle remaining coriander over it..
