Fish cooked in lime juice
A nice mexican recipe. The starter contains the following ingredients: fish, limes, red pepper (in strips), cod fillet (in thin slices), (sea) salt (freshly ground), olive oil, fresh coriander ((15 g), finely chopped) and red onion (chopped).

From 2 limes peel brooms and fine rasps. Squeeze all limes. In a bowl stir pepper slices, lime juice and rack. Create fish through lime marinade. Cover for 30 minutes at room temperature or marinate in refrigerator for 3 hours. The fish 'cooks' through the lime juice and becomes bright white in color.

Remove moisture from fish, mix oil with fish and season with salt. Sprinkle coriander and onion over fish. Divide the ceviche into four plates and serve with pure or avocado.
