Fish fillet in fine herb sauce
A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, tomatoes, courgettes, apple juice, coalfish fillet (frozen, 400 g), potatoes (table (800 g)) and fresh cream cheese (fine herbs (80 g)).

Preheat the oven to 220 ° C.

Clean tomatoes and courgettes.

Halve tomatoes.

Cut the courgettes into thick slices.

Give apple juice in an ovenproof dish.

Place in the liquid (frozen) fish and distribute vegetables over it.

Season to taste with salt and pepper.

Cook in hot oven for 20-25 minutes.

Potatoes in low water with salt to taste cooked in about 15 minutes.

Place fish and vegetables on 4 warm plates.

Pour small cup of cooking liquid into saucepan, add fresh cheese and bring to the boil while stirring.
