Fish gratin with pangasius fillet under celery and cheese
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, celery, potato slices (pre-cooked), fresh pasta sauce carbonara (225 g), pangasius fillet and grated cheese.

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Cut the stalks of celery from the bush. Remove any stiff wires with a peeler. Halve the stalks of celery and cook them in water with salt in approx. 8 min. Until al dente. Drain them in a colander.

Cook the potato slices for 5 minutes in water with salt. Let them also drain in a colander.
