Beef skewers
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, steak (about 325 g), olive oil, garlic (pressed), Provençal spice mix, zucchini (in 8 slices), red pepper (in 8 pieces), onion (in 8 parts), basil ((15 g), only the leaves) and Greek yogurt (natural (150 g)).

Cut the steak into 16 pieces, pat dry and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Pour the oil into a bowl and add 1 clove of garlic. Add the steak and 2 tsp Provencal spice mix. Shovel.

Cut the zucchini slices in half. Thread the steak, zucchini, bell pepper, onion and basil onto the skewers.

Slice the rest of the basil. Mix with the yogurt, the rest of the garlic and Provencal herbs and pepper and salt to taste. Grill the skewers about 4 minutes on the barbecue.

You can already make the skewers on the day itself. Keep covered in the refrigerator.
