Directions

  1. Cut a 0.25 part of the onion very finely and cut the rest of the onions into thin rings.
  2. Cut the peppers into thin strips.
  3. Finely chop the garlic, red pepper, parsley and oregano (fresh) by hand or in the food processor.
  4. Mix all these ingredients in a bowl and stir in the vinegar and olive oil.
  5. Add some salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.
  6. Allow the chimichurri to stand for at least 3-4 hours so that the taste can develop.
  7. Spread 4 pieces of aluminum foil and spread the pepper strips and onion rings over them.
  8. Rub the pieces of fish with salt and pepper and place them in the middle on the peppers.
  9. Put a full tablespoon of chimichurri on each piece of fish.
  10. Fold the foil around the fish up and fold the packages closed.
  11. Put the packages on the barbecue and let the fish and paprika be cooked in 10-12 minutes.
  12. Enter the rest of the chimichurri.
  13. Tasty with a fresh salad.
