Fresh pasta salad with tuna dressing

Cook the pasta al dente according to the instructions on the package.

In the meantime, remove the stalk of the green beans and cut the broccoli into small florets.

Cook the green beans in 7 minutes until al dente. Add the broccoli after 2 minutes.

Meanwhile, toast the pine nuts in a frying pan without oil or butter in 3 min. Golden brown.

Drain the pasta and rinse cold in a colander under running water. Drain and put in a flat dish. Cut the shallots.

Mix the vegetables, shallots, pine nuts and tuna through the pasta. Season with pepper and salt.

Sprinkle with the leaves of the basil.
