Remove the stalk and cut the broccoli into small florets. Cook the Chinese broccoli in boiling water for 4-5 minutes until done, stirring occasionally.

Meanwhile cut stoneleeks into pieces of 2 cm and cut the steak transversely to the wire in thin slices.

Heat the oil in the woks and scald the steak in 2 minutes on high heat. Spoon the stoneleeks and teriyaki sauce through the steak and cook for another 1 min.

Drain the noodles and broccoli and scoop them on the plate. Spoon the steak with sauce on the noodles and sprinkle the sesame seeds over it.
