Fish schnitzel sandwich
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, traditional olive oil, barbecue minicrock and frozen fish schnitzel.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the potatoes in 10-12 min. Golden brown.

Meanwhile, peel the carrot and cut in half lengthwise and then in half slices. Tear the leaves of the lettuce.

Cut 2 onions in half and then in half rings. Cut the last onion.

Mix the mayonnaise with the water in a bowl and season the dressing with salt and pepper.

Keep 4 lettuce leaves separately. Mix the rest of the lettuce with the carrot, chopped onion and dressing.

Fry the fish schnitzels according to the instructions on the package and keep them warm under aluminum foil.

Heat the oil and fry the onion rings in 4-5 minutes.

Cut the buns open, brush them with the mayonnaise and top them with a lettuce leaf, fish schnitzel and onion rings. Serve with the potatoes and the salad.
