Fish stew with pumpkin


Quick stew with pumpkin, lentils, tomato cubes, cod and naan bread.

Directions

  1. Cut the onion into half rings. Heat the oil in a thick-bottomed pan and fry the onion for 1 min on a high heat.
  2. Add the pumpkin and garam masala and cook for 2 minutes.
  3. Meanwhile, put the lentils in a colander, rinse and drain. Add the lentils and tomato cubes to the pumpkin.
  4. Leave the lid on the pan for 12 minutes on medium heat. Stir frequently.
  5. In the meantime cut the fish into 2 cm pieces. Add the last 2 minutes to the oven.
  6. Heat a frying pan without oil or butter and fry the slices for 4 min. On medium heat. Turn halfway.
  7. Meanwhile, cut the parsley fine. Season the stove with salt and pepper and sprinkle with the parsley. Serve with the flat.
