Fish wraps with iceberg lettuce
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, olive oil, coalfish fillet ((400 g, frozen), thawed), onion (chopped), peeled tomatoes (400 g), corn granules ((300 g), drained), tortilla wraps (8 pieces) ), young cheese (grated) and iceberg lettuce (200 g).

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a frying pan and fry the fish for 6 min. Divide into small pieces and cook over low heat for 1-2 min. Add pepper and salt to taste.

Heat 1 tbsp oil in another frying pan and fry the onion for 1 min. Add the tomatoes and press them lightly. Allow 6 minutes to reduce to a thick sauce. Add the corn and season with salt and pepper.

Divide the sauce and the fish over the wraps. Roll them around the filling and place them with the seam down in the baking dish.

Sprinkle the wraps with the cheese and garnish for 15 minutes until the cheese is golden brown. Mix the lettuce with the rest of the oil and pepper and salt to taste. Place 2 fish wraps on each plate. Serve with the lettuce.
