Flambéed pineapple
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian dessert contains the following ingredients: grated coconut, pineapple, butter, light brown sugar, clove powder and rum (liquorice).

Roast light brown in dry woks, let cool on plate.

Break pineapple in half, cut each half into 4 parts.

Cut fruit flesh from the peel, cut away the hard core.

Pineapple slices cut into slices of approx.

1 cm thick.

Heat in wok butter, stir in sugar and leave to roast.

Pineapple in wokkenscheppen and stir-fry for about 5 minutes on medium heat.

Sprinkle with cloves, pineapple again.
-
Rum in wokkenschenken and co-heat for 10 seconds, so that alcohol just starts to evaporate.

Light the alcohol vapor.

When flames are extinguished, scatter coconut.

Serve with vanilla ice cream..
