Sweet potato ice creams from fooddeco
Homemade ice creams made of sweet potato, honey, coconut milk and Fooddeco cocoa.

Peel the sweet potato and cut into small cubes. .

Bring a pan to the boil with the honey and coconut milk. Boil the sweet potato for about 15 minutes.

Mix the sweet potato, coconut milk, honey, cocoa powder and a pinch of salt and finely grind in the food processor. Mix well.

Allow the mixture to cool and scoop into the ice cream cups.

Put in the freezer and leave for at least 6 hours (preferably a whole night) freeze. .
